A 单曲?板 SINGLE CURVED PANEL
1、平面曲线板即采用转塔冲床冲出圆弧曲线的面板。
2、曲面弧板采用辊弯机辊出圆弧曲面的面板，长度小于4米，半径大于250mm,正弧（挤压）小于15mm的折边，反弧(张拉) 小于20mm的折边。
3、大小头的斜切圆弧分割拼装可以产生双曲效果。
● Plane curve panel, i.e. the arc curved panel punched by rotating turret punch press.
● Curved surface arc panel, i.e. the arc curved surface panel rolled by rolling machine. The length is lesser than 4 meter, radius is greater than 250mm, the positive arc(extrusion) is lesser than 15mm edge and the anti-arc(stretch) is lesser than 20mm edge.
● Beveling arc and segment to install of the big and small head can create hyperbolic effect.
